The Maximus 256GB mSATA III SSD give you good reliable performance and is a good upgrade option for mSATA compatible devices. The Maximus mSATA SSD delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with the Serial ATA I/II/III interface and is fully compliant with the standard mSATA form factor, known as the JEDEC MO-300 standard. The module is designed to operate at a maximum operating frequency of 200MHz with a 30MHz external crystal. It features a capacity of up to 256GB for quick and easy access. It can also reach up to 550MB/s read as well as 490MB/s write performance based on Toshiba NAND flash (with 32MB SDR enabled and measured by CrystalDiskMark v5.0). Not only does it give you great performance but the power consumption of the mSATA SSD is also much lower than traditional hard drives.
