The robust galvanized metal housing allows the feed mechanism to be used in harsh conditions. Electronic control of the feed mechanism ensures stable burning of the welding arc. The four-roller feed mechanism with grooves on each roller ensures stable feeding and minimal stress on the welding wire.
Feed 304w wire feeders are designed for professional use and meet the highest quality standards. The wire feeders are equipped with powerful drives with 4 slotted rollers. Pressure rollers are mounted on the balancer console to ensure uniform pressure on the rollers. The wire feeds very smoothly. The use of electronically controlled motors ensures a constant wire feed and, accordingly, a constant welding current. Precise maintenance of the specified wire feed speed is ensured.
ELP (ESAB LogicPump), the coolant pump is switched on automatically when a water-cooled welding torch is connected.
The Origo Feed 304 feeder is equipped with rollers with a diameter of 30 mm for wires with a diameter of up to 1.6 mm. Matching control panels provide versatility according to the selected welding power source.
