For light duty cleaning, paint removal & rust removal
- Brass coated wires offer resistance to rusting of bristles
- Extended life time
- Max RPM: 4500
- Arbor: 16mm
- Wire Thickness: 0.2mm
- Single Section
- Wire wheel diameter: 125mm
- Trim length: 29mm
- Wheel Thickness: 14-16mm
- 1⁄2” (12.7mm) Reducing Bush
Assembling
- Unplug the bench grinder from the power supply
- Remove the side cover to gain access to the flange washers.
- Remove the flange washers by locking the axle on either side and
loosening the hex nuts. - Fit the reducing bushes if required on the wire wheel and mount on the
spindle. - Fit wire wheel on spindle or reducing bush
- Follow reverse order for tightening before use
WARNING: Wear proper safety goggles and
face shield to avoid flying
bristles.
Wear heavy leather apron and appropriate safety shoes
Wear appropriate safety gloves
